There are restrictions on the number of people in the lifts as well as on the viewing floors and in the restaurant. The length of stay is limited to 45 minutes on the observation floor and 1.5 hours in the restaurant.

Lifts take visitors to the observation deck 203 metres up the tower, or to the revolving restaurant on the floor above. The restaurant takes 30 minutes to revolve completely, allowing guests to take in the city's landmarks as they savour a delectable meal.
