Berlin Television Tower - Germany's tallest structure

Originally built as an antenna for the East German television network, the Television Tower is one of Berlin's most iconic sights. Lifts take visitors to the observation deck 203 metres up the tower, or to the revolving restaurant on the floor above. The restaurant takes 30 minutes to revolve completely, allowing guests to take in the city's landmarks as they savour a delectable meal. Food is served all day, and cocktails are served at the chic bar. On a clear day, it is possible to see as far as 60 kilometres away.
