Not far from the Ku'Damm is a theatre where glamour has been living on for twenty years, which is reminiscent of the nightlife of Berlin in the 20s. The Bar jeder Vernunft, a mirror tent - inconspicuous from the outside, in the inside a glittering ballroom!
The theatre is the stage for the créme de la créme of intelligent cabaret acts ranging from chanson, to cabaret, to shows and comedy. Truly one of Berlin's most special theatres! The career of Berlin’s Geschwister Pfister is tied to the tent's own growth over the years. This is where Meret Becker had her singing début and Michael Mittermeier enjoyed his first successes outside of Bavaria and Georgette Dee is the bar's very own diva. Désirée Nick quotes Nick, Eckart von Hirschhausen and Ass-Dur tell their best jokes, Katharine Mehrling sings Piaf, and Tim Fischer is chansonnier par excellence.
In addition to the excellent show programme, Bar jeder Vernunft is also popular for its delicious cuisine. Take a seat before the show starts at one of the elegant tables in the ring or take a box seat. In good weather, the party moves out to the beer garden with colourful lights.
