Unfortunately, this partner is no longer participating in the Berlin WelcomeCard. Thankfully, many great offers have been added! You can find a list of all the current Berlin WelcomeCard and Berlin WelcomeCard all inclusive partners here.

Please note: The 1968 Museum is permanently closed. Instead, you will find the new exhibition Germany 1945 - today at the Berlin Story Bunker.

How Germany became what it is. Rubble desert, economic miracle, construction of the Berlin Wall and the fall of the Berlin Wall, "We can do it" - the turning point, however, is 1968, the transformation of society. Change the world with unlimited trust in your own strength - for the freedom of the oppressed, for social participation, self-realization and more democracy.

1968 was the first global rebellion. Culture, politics and the economy changed massively around the world. The Vietnam War was on television. Hippies in San Francisco, civil rights activists in Northern Ireland, Prague Spring, Paris May, the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
