Wing it like a bird in the face of a hurricane

Set aside a couple of hours for a flying session at the Hurricane Factory. Equipment like a jumpsuit, goggles, helmet and earplugs are included in the ticket and an instructor provides a personalised training session in how to manoeuvre your body in space. Once ready, hit the 'skies'. Even better is that the 'flight' can be captured and shared with family and friends as the tunnel is fitted with a special recording system. Just bring a USB stick along and go back home with a unique souvenir of Berlin. Post flight, enjoy a coffee at the bar and watch the other fliers, both amateur and pros, glide through the tunnel. Note that the minimum age is 5 years and the maximum weight is 120kg.

Snacks for hungry spectators

The bistro is located next to the glazed air cylinder. Friends and family can watch you, other first-flyers, experienced body flyers or parachute teams on their flights. The bistro offer includes e.g. Breakfast all day long, salads, tarte flambée, burgers, wraps, quiche, alternating dish of the day, coffee, cake.
