The interactive hands-on world Extavium invites young and old researchers on a discovery tour through the world of science.

How much energy do we have in our legs? What happens to a chocolate marshmallow in a vacuum? Can you freeze a shadow? In the exhibition with over 80 exhibits, everything can be touched, explored and asked questions. In a playful manner, visitors can learn more about the basics and the latest developments in the fields of science and technology. Exciting experiments are also offered in the laboratories.

Year-round: Classic: Making goo. Kids of every age love making goo. With the help of all kinds of lab supplies, they mix and stir to create their own Extavium goo to take home with them later. This additional experiment lasts 30 min. and costs €5.00 per child in addition to the entry fee.
